From your product to a finished sachet

At Flexpac every project starts with understanding your product and what you're trying to achieve.

From selecting the right format and material through to filling, sealing and final packing, we'll work closely with you throughout the process to make getting your product into a sachet as straightforward as possible.

01. Tell us about your product

It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your product, intended application, approximate volume, quantity and what you want the finished pack to achieve.

From there, we can begin determining the most suitable approach for your project.

02. Choose your packaging

We'll work with you to determine the appropriate:

Format · Sachet size · Fill volume · Material · Packaging requirements

Depending on your product, this could be a flat sachet, stick pack, twin sachet or pouch.

03. Test & approve

Where required, your product can be tested for compatibility with the selected packaging material and our manufacturing equipment.

This helps confirm that the product performs effectively through the filling process and remains suitable for the selected packaging before production begins.

04. Design & produce

Once the technical specifications have been agreed, we'll provide the appropriate layouts and die lines for artwork.

With material, artwork and product ready, we move into production. We will fill and seal your sachet, and carry out quality checks throughout the process.

05. Pack & deliver

Once production is complete, your sachets can be supplied bulk packed or prepared using one of our secondary packaging options.
