Sachet Manufacturing & Materials
Packaging designed around your product
The right packaging starts with understanding what's inside it.
We work with you to select an appropriate sachet size, material and fill volume based on your product and application.
Our equipment can accommodate both multilayer aluminium-lined materials and mono-material options, and clients can either supply their own packaging material or work with us to source material through trusted printing partners.
Where required, we can also test product compatibility with the selected material and our filling equipment before moving into production.
Artwork & printing support
Already have a design team? We'll provide the appropriate layouts and die lines and work with your team and printer to help prepare the artwork for production.
Need help coordinating the process? We can work with our printing partners to help bring the finished sachet together
Secondary packaging
Your project doesn't necessarily have to end when the sachet leaves the filling line.
Once filling, sealing and quality checks are complete, your sachets can be supplied bulk packed or we can assist with secondary packaging.
